Additional production represents some 5% of our total output and is the result of diversification to assure a maximum use of our technology. The following list provides a full range of our services in this field. Descriptions of products and services are shortened. For that reason, if you have detailed questions, turn to us.

Some of our additional products can be seen on specialized industrial fairs. Please refer to that site to obtain, which fair is comming next in this field. Additional products can not be seen on music fairs.

Technologies and Products offered by AMATI factories:

1. Vacuum forming of mouldings.
   
   Base materials are ABS and PVC flat boards and foils with or without textures 10 mm/0.4 inch/ thick. Maximum depth of haul is 400 mm. Useable area of frames is from 100x510mm to 1500x100mm. Shaping is positive - foil (board) copies a shape of aluminium form mounted to the base board of the machinery (suitable for making of different cases - side cases on motorcycles, cases on car roofs, camera cases etc).

2. Production of Shaped Pieces and Boards from Styrofoam.
   1. Production of shaped pieces in aluminium forms (case inserts, frames etc.) up to 3 kilograms weight and dimensions 1040x840x200mm.
   2. We use base block of size 1040x840x200mm for board production, from which boards of different dimensions can be cut.
   3. Production of Fillings for fragile goods - Chips

3. Furniture Hardware
   1. Production of holds, mountings for furniture doors, cast moulding. Base material is brass or aluminium.The surfaces lacquer, nickel, chrome or powder applied color.
   2. Production of mouldings for glass doors, which can be manufactured up to 5mm thick. Mouldings are made in white metal color.

   Production of trophies

   With engraving according to customers' specifications. The surfaces lacquer, nickel or silver.

   Metal plating

   Metal plating of different products - nickel, chrome or silver with option of copper underlay (for iron and tin parts).

   Casting to wax - fine casting. Casting material - CuSn8Si1. Maximum casting size: length x width x thickness = 220x90x50mm. Maximum square weight of casting: 700g.

   Fine casting.

   Manufacturing of wooden cases and crates

   Including leatherette top, mountings and case interior craftings.

   Covers

   Covers from different materials (textile, nylon).

   Grinding and buffing of metal parts

   Steel, zink, brass, aluminium. On our disc buffing machines. Polishing of parts in drums using ceramics or beads.

   Metalpressing

   Maximum diameter 500mm.

   Production of small metal parts on automatic lathes

   Diameters from 2 to 50mm, with optional thread cutting.

   Electroerosive cutting of metal parts

   For materials of up to 252mm thick. Cut material can have dimensions up to 250x400mm size. Very accurate metal cutting utilizing scissor type tooling.

   Production of died and pressed parts on excentric press

   Maximum pressure of 63 tons.
